Healthy Living Programme

The ‘Time to Change’ Programme

This 6 week programme meets on a weekly basis and addresses key areas such as:

Eliminating the dependency on unhealthy habits

Discover new ways to make healthier choices

Know what you need to live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life

Group Sessions
This programme is based on a series of small group sessions of approximately 12-15 people. Participants are encouraged to explore their own behaviours and discuss the key barriers which currently stop them from achieving their goals.

Individuals discuss things they feel comfortable divulging and are not expected to discuss overly personal information unless they choose to.


Follow-up Sessions
Follow-up sessions are available in a group or individual basis. Jane recommends that in order to maintain the work achieved on the programme a follow up session once every three months is appropriate for most people.

Our Approach

In their work with individuals on the programme Katie and Jane are able to help people to come to a better understanding of why they overeat and what are the triggers that lead to their destructive behaviours.

They are dedicated to providing a confidential, comfortable and safe environment in which clients may improve their health and well-being whilst feeling supported in a sincere and honest way.
