Based in Edinburgh, the Time to Change programme is an opportunity to learn how your emotions affect your patterns of eating and lifestyle choices. Gaining a new awareness, a better understanding of yourself and Introducing new ways to feel good, look good and take care of yourself.
Held in groups, this programme provides a safe environment for you to explore and come to a greater understanding of the reasons behind your behaviours. With deeper awareness and support you are able to change how you interact with yourself, others and the barriers that prevent change. The group approach has proven beneficial as it promotes motivation and support knowing you are not alone and change is possible. For those with deeper psychological difficulties, as a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist, I also offer therapy sessions (one to one or group therapy). |
